Service Description

When you arrive at the testing location, please remain inside your vehicle. Once you have arrived, call the pharmacy to notify us of your arrival for testing and to provide payment information. A pharmacy staff member will confirm your testing appointment and come outside with further instructions. We are currently unable to bill the cost of this test to insurance. Therefore the cost of the test is paid by the patient. If you are interested in charging the cost of the test to an HSA/FSA card, please notify us prior to arrival for your scheduled time. Please note there are no public restrooms available at the test site.
